Sales Executive – SMB (Portugal)

About the role
As a Sales Executive for SMBs in Portugal, you will expand Glovo's restaurant network by building strong relationships with new partners. You will help shape the customer experience by onboarding local stores quickly and ensuring their early success.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new restaurant partners across the city.
- Lead contract negotiations and secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Oversee a smooth onboarding process and monitor performance during the first 30 days.
- Maintain a daily updated sales pipeline and stay aware of emerging restaurant trends.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales targets.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of hands‑on sales experience.
- Strong listening, communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Methodical fast learner comfortable with CRM tools.
- Well‑organized with excellent time‑management and prioritisation.
- Native‑level Portuguese and advanced English proficiency.
