Sales Development Representative – UK Market

About the role

Agicap is looking for its first Sales Development Representative (SDR) dedicated to the UK market, based in our new Lisbon hub. You will work closely with an Account Executive to build a pipeline of medium‑to‑large companies, introduce them to Agicap’s cash‑flow management platform, and help move qualified opportunities toward closure.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect target decision‑makers (CEOs, CFOs, Treasurers) in companies with €10‑200M revenue.
• Conduct personalized outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn, including cold calling.
• Qualify leads by understanding prospect needs and aligning them with Agicap’s value proposition.
• Collaborate with the Account Executive to hand over high‑potential opportunities.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in the CRM.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑growing startup environment.
• Ability to research and engage senior financial decision‑makers.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
