About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join a prestigious watch and jewelry brand in Lisbon. You will work directly with customers, offering personalized advice on exclusive products and helping the store achieve its sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Provide tailored product recommendations to customers.
- Monitor and drive the sales process to meet store objectives.
- Create and manage the CRM system, ensuring accurate customer data.
- Develop and implement customer loyalty initiatives.
Required profile
- Previous sales or retail experience, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Strong communication and people skills with a passion for sales.
- Team‑oriented professional with interest or knowledge of jewelry, watches, or luxury goods.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

What we offer
- Permanent, full‑time contract (40 hours/week, Monday‑Sunday).
- Base salary of €1,230 plus bonuses and commissions.
