Sales Advisor – French Speaking (Remote)

About the role

Join a dedicated retention team where you will handle inbound calls from French‑speaking customers who are considering cancelling their service. Your goal is to understand their concerns, present suitable solutions and turn a potential churn into a positive experience while identifying opportunities to add value.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound French calls from customers contemplating cancellation.
• Diagnose reasons for cancellation and propose appropriate alternatives.
• Build loyalty by offering tailored solutions and addressing concerns.
• Advise on products, promotions and exclusive offers.
• Upsell and cross‑sell when relevant.
• Achieve quality, performance and target metrics.

Required profile

• Fluent French (mandatory) and good English.
• Experience in customer service or call‑center environments preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication, solution‑oriented mindset and calm under pressure.
• Reliability, punctuality and comfort with basic computer tools.

• Base salary €920 gross per month.
• Performance bonus up to €360 gross per month.
• Language allowance €250 gross per month.
