RPA Support Engineer – French Speaker (Porto)

About the role

Aubay Portugal is looking for an RPA Support Engineer who is fluent in French and English to join its Porto team. You will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting UiPath‑based automation solutions for clients in banking, insurance, telecom and energy sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 2nd‑level support for RPA processes built with UiPath.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in automation workflows.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement enhancements and fixes.
• Monitor performance of bots and ensure compliance with service‑level agreements.
• Document incidents, solutions and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT application support.
• Hands‑on experience with UiPath RPA platform.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent French (C1) and English (B2) communication skills.
