Retail Media Account Manager

About the role

Sonae Sierra is seeking a Retail Media Account Manager to drive media revenue across its shopping centre portfolio. Based in the company’s central offices in Maia or Lisbon, you will work closely with internal teams and external advertisers to create integrated media solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop retail media revenue streams within shopping centres.
• Prospect for and acquire new advertisers, including brands and agencies.
• Manage relationships with strategic clients and ensure their objectives are met.
• Design integrated commercial proposals that combine offline and digital media.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative media products.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leasing teams to align media initiatives.
• Monitor media trends and market developments to keep offerings competitive.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in media, advertising, or sales.
• Proven track record selling advertising solutions.
• Established network of contacts within agencies and/or brands.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Understanding of brand objectives, both branding and performance‑driven.
• Experience in the Iberian market is a plus, but not mandatory.
