Join TEAM, an award‑winning experiential marketing agency, as a Retail Ambassador representing the Bacardi portfolio. You will be the face of the brand, engaging travelers and delivering memorable experiences that drive sales and brand love.

Key responsibilities

• Maximise sales and provide outstanding customer service to every consumer.
• Represent Bacardi with professional appearance, behavior and deep product knowledge.
• Interact with travelers, delivering key product messages and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Execute visual merchandising guidelines to create an appealing in‑store environment.
• Manage stock levels, ensure product availability, and report out‑of‑stock items.
• Attend product training sessions and complete knowledge assessments.
• Capture and share frontline feedback from travelers and retail staff.
