About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant lifestyle dining venue in Lisbon. You will be responsible for maintaining high service standards, driving operational excellence, and inspiring a dedicated team to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Uphold excellent guest experience by responding to feedback, engaging with patrons, and building lasting relationships.
• Ensure consistent adherence to service standards, operational policies, and venue rituals.
• Lead peak‑shift operations, monitor guest flow, and manage service tempo during busy periods and special events.
• Supervise floor and bar activities, maintaining quality, atmosphere, and team coordination.
• Guide and motivate the team to meet operational goals, oversee budgets, and collaborate with cross‑functional partners.
• Control financial performance through revenue tracking, labour cost optimisation, and upselling strategies.
• Manage scheduling, time‑keeping, and payroll preparation.
• Oversee HR processes including onboarding, performance reviews, vacation planning, and training implementation.
• Track and address customer feedback, escalating critical issues as needed.
• Maintain health, safety, and hygiene compliance, including HACCP protocols.
• Execute opening and closing procedures, inventory checks, and equipment inspections.
• Secure cash handling, financial records, and operational assets.
• Resolve unexpected challenges such as staff shortages, supply issues, or equipment failures.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in luxury and lifestyle hospitality environments.
• Proven leadership in high‑volume restaurant or bar settings.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
• Excellent communication and team‑building skills.
