About the role

Join Wilde's vibrant team in Porto as a Restaurant & Bar Server. You will be the face of our aparthotel’s dining venues, delivering memorable experiences to guests in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, representing Wilde with enthusiasm and flair.
• Create the perfect atmosphere by adjusting lighting, music, and ensuring a pristine environment.
• Manage opening, swing, and closing shifts, keeping operations seamless.
• Greet guests warmly, understand their preferences, and provide personalised service.
• Continuously seek ways to innovate and improve service standards.
• Foster a culture of respect, inclusivity, and kindness among team members.
• Participate in local charity events and community initiatives.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a similar restaurant or bar role.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Enthusiasm, curiosity, and a drive for excellence.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a high‑energy environment.
