Rental Sales Agent – Customer Service & Sales

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Rental Sales Agent to join our Network & Stations team. In this entry‑level, counter‑sales position you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth rental experience while driving sales of optional products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Handle reservations and process rental agreements accurately and professionally.
• Welcome every customer, providing respectful and exceptional service from start to finish.
• Maximize sales by offering optional coverage, vehicle upgrades, prepaid fuel and other add‑ons, ensuring full compliance.
• Use effective sales techniques – ask open‑ended questions, highlight product benefits and overcome objections.
• Adhere to rental policies and procedures for smooth, compliant transactions.
• Identify additional services that enhance the rental experience.
• Support branch operations by performing additional duties as requested by management.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and professional communication.
• Sales‑driven attitude with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, customer‑focused setting.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accurate, timely service.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or automotive sales is a plus.
