Key responsibilities

• Handle reservations and process rental agreements with accuracy and professionalism.
• Welcome every customer, providing exceptional service from start to finish.
• Maximize sales by offering optional coverage, vehicle upgrades, prepaid gas and other services, ensuring 100% compliance.
• Use effective sales techniques, building rapport, highlighting product benefits and overcoming objections.
• Adhere to rental policies and procedures for smooth, compliant transactions.
• Identify additional services that enhance the rental experience.
• Support branch operations by performing additional duties as requested by management.
