About the role

Join Sword’s AI‑driven care platform as a Remote Physiotherapist, delivering personalized musculoskeletal support to members across Portugal. You will work entirely online, leveraging digital tools to guide patients through pre‑habilitation, rehabilitation, and ongoing health empowerment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑to‑one support via chat, phone, or video calls, addressing member questions and treatment plans.
• Apply Sword’s digital protocols for surgical pre‑habilitation and management of musculoskeletal disorders.
• Assist in clinical validation of new therapeutic programs by collecting data and participating in testing activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience treating musculoskeletal conditions.
• Strong commitment to personalized, whole‑person care.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills in a virtual environment.
• Ability to combine clinical duties with member empowerment, behavior change, and motivational engagement.
• Demonstrated basic AI fluency (Level 1) – using AI tools daily to enhance productivity.
