Remote Middle Project Manager – Contract

About the role

We are seeking a Mid-level Project Manager to lead the design, development and rollout of internal systems and business processes for INFUSE. The role is fully remote and operates on a contract basis, offering the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver impactful solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end internal project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to solution delivery and process implementation.
• Conduct user interviews and stakeholder discovery sessions to translate needs into actionable requirements.
• Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear alignment at every stage.
• Identify, track and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies.
• Lead the implementation of new products, tools or processes into existing workflows.
• Drive change-management activities, adapting quickly to evolving priorities.
• Monitor project performance and key-performance indicators, aligning delivery with business outcomes.
• Collect and analyse data to support decision-making and propose solutions.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports to senior management.
• Proactively identify process-improvement opportunities across teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project-management experience.
• Hands-on experience in business-process analysis, optimisation or product-workflow development.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities with both business and technical audiences.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem solving.
