Remote Intake Attorney

About the role

The United Firm is seeking an admitted attorney to join as a Remote Intake Attorney. This associate-level position offers the chance to manage a caseload, interact directly with clients, and collaborate with an experienced immigration team.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor case management software for live cases and vet intake information.
• Review intake sheets and documents, identify potential immigration relief, and suggest legal strategies.
• Communicate with existing and potential clients about services, answer legal questions, and explain processes.
• Provide feedback to the sales team and oversee intake paralegals and virtual assistants.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of immigration law experience with a record of moving cases forward.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage a caseload.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Required skills

• Experience with family‑based petitions, humanitarian relief, EOIR, detained cases, citizenship, and other USCIS applications.
• Familiarity with case management software.
