About the role

Join Conduent as a Remote Fraud Call Center Representative, providing high‑quality customer service to clients across the United States while working from Puerto Rico. You will handle inbound calls, resolve fraud‑related inquiries, and ensure a positive experience for each caller.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional customer service via inbound calls.

• Maintain accurate records through data entry and system updates.
• Follow company processes, compliance standards, and quality guidelines.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months of call‑center, customer‑service, or dispatch experience.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced call‑center environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Residency in Puerto Rico and permanent U.S. work authorization.
• Successful completion of background, credit, and fingerprint checks.
