Regulatory & Referential Compliance Team Manager

About the role

Natixis in Portugal is seeking a Team Manager for its Client Support Group (CSG) to lead the Third Party Administration, Regulatory & Reverse KYC, and Front Office AMER Support teams. The role ensures delivery of high‑quality KYC onboarding and ongoing reviews across EMEA, APAC and America while meeting regulatory requirements and internal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Third Party Administration, Regulatory & Reverse KYC, and Front Office AMER Support teams.
• Develop, implement and monitor policies, processes and procedures aligned with corporate strategy and regulatory standards.
• Plan, budget, and report on activities to improve performance and ensure compliance with local and international legislation.
• Oversee team development, motivation and performance, ensuring appropriate staffing and skill levels.
• Ensure team members are fully trained on internal systems such as Téthys, DRAW, Regtool and Client Pass.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing teams in a complex compliance or regulatory environment.
• Strong knowledge of KYC processes, third‑party administration and relevant legislation.
• Ability to develop and enforce policies and procedures.
• Budget management and reporting experience.
• Leadership skills to attract, guide, evaluate and develop staff.
