Registered Nurse – Diagnostic & Treatment Center (Aibonito)

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Registered Nurse to join our Care Center in Aibonito, Puerto Rico. Working on‑site, you will collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality patient care in our Diagnostic and Treatment Center and multispecialty clinics.

Key responsibilities

• Assist physicians under medical supervision with patient evaluations, treatments, and procedures.
• Collect and document patient information, perform triage, and record chief complaints in the electronic medical record.
• Conduct preliminary assessments such as vital signs, blood pressure, height, weight, and basic laboratory tests.
• Perform diagnostic procedures including EKGs, non‑stress tests, spirometry, venipuncture, skin punctures, strep screens, glucose and urine testing.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and provide patient education on care gaps.
• Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and discuss treatment plans.

Required profile

• Current RN licensure valid in Puerto Rico.
• Ability to work rotating shifts from 6 am to 11 pm, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to work onsite within reasonable commuting distance.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
