Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Full-Time

About the role

Join a rapidly growing ABA provider in San Juan, delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to individuals with autism. As a Registered Behavior Technician you will work directly with clients in homes, schools, clinics, or community settings, under BCBA supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions, teaching communication, social and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect, organize and document session data accurately.
• Track client progress and maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families and team members during meetings and trainings.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience (internships, childcare, education, etc.).
• Flexible availability for mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening and driving record review.
