About the role
Sensei is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales to drive commercial growth across the Iberian market. You will be responsible for delivering revenue targets, leading complex enterprise sales cycles, and building lasting relationships with key retailers and partners.
Key responsibilities
- Own and achieve regional revenue targets and growth plans.
- Lead enterprise sales from opportunity development through deal closure.
- Build and maintain executive relationships with strategic customers and prospects.
- Execute regional go‑to‑market strategies aligned with company priorities.
- Generate consistent pipeline through coordinated Sales, Marketing and Partnerships efforts.
- Negotiate large, strategic commercial agreements.
- Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with Product and Operations to ensure successful customer deployments and expansions.
- Represent Sensei at industry events and within the regional ecosystem.
- Develop and optimise the regional partner ecosystem to maximise market coverage and revenue.
Required profile
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales or commercial leadership roles.
- 5+ years of experience working with large grocery retail groups, both national and international.
- Proven track record of leading regional sales performance and delivering revenue growth.
- Strong experience managing complex, strategic sales cycles and negotiations.
