Regional Mechanical Engineer

About the role

Integrated Power Services is seeking a Regional Mechanical Engineer to lead the development, implementation, and management of repair services for industrial electric motors, generators, and pumps across its service area. The role blends deep technical expertise with project leadership to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage repair work scopes for industrial electric motors, generators, and pumps.
• Perform Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) to create engineered solutions.
• Provide technical support for both in‑shop and field repairs, including consultation for the Caribbean sales team.
• Participate in IPS UCE tier meetings (UCE1 and above) and ensure solutions meet customer specifications and industry standards.
• Drive quality improvement actions, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with operating policies.
• Utilize Continuous Improvement Process Solution (CIPS) tools to enhance productivity and quality.
