Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Recruiter to join our Recruitment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across a variety of roles, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Review resumes, conduct phone screens, schedule and participate in in‑person interviews, and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create job descriptions, and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system, generate recruitment metrics reports, and contribute to employer branding initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• High energy, passion for recruitment, and proven ability to meet goals.
• Proficiency in English at B2‑C1 level.

Required skills

• Experience working with the Microsoft Office suite.
