Recruiter for Wind Service Business

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to lead the full hiring cycle for our wind‑service business in Mortágua. You will partner with hiring managers across the group to understand staffing needs, design effective recruitment strategies and ensure a smooth, positive experience for candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish clear, targeted job ads on appropriate platforms.
• Proactively source candidates through professional networks, industry events and market‑specific channels.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews and shortlist qualified talent.
• Coordinate interview schedules, verify credentials and assess skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Provide structured recommendations to hiring managers and manage offer communication.
• Oversee onboarding hand‑over with internal teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment cycles independently.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong sourcing abilities, especially with passive candidates in competitive markets.
• Professional interpersonal skills and a collaborative communication style.
• Good knowledge of HR compliance and international recruitment regulations.
• Analytical mindset with ability to use data and market insights for decision‑making.
