About the role
The R2R Interco Specialist will support ALEBS in delivering operational excellence across intercompany financial processes. You will work within a global team, ensuring accurate reporting, reconciliations and compliance with Group standards.
Key responsibilities
- Process invoices, credit notes, urgent and advance payments and perform daily reconciliation of intercompany customer and supplier accounts.
- Conduct general ledger analysis, journal postings and support month‑end closing activities.
- Prepare and publish reporting packages in IRIS and assist with the ALNET cycle.
- Implement process controls, monitor KPIs/SLA, and manage issue escalation.
- Maintain and update desktop procedures, optimise processes and train junior team members.
Required profile
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management or Economics.
- Experience in a Business Services Center or multinational environment is a plus.
- Intermediate proficiency in English; additional languages valued.
Required skills
- Intercompany accounting and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with ERP and IRIS systems.
