Quality Technician – ISO 9001, HACCP & ISO 14001

About the role

Join DACHSER’s quality team and help ensure that our logistics operations meet the highest standards of quality, food safety and environmental compliance. You will monitor key performance indicators, support audits and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse quality KPIs, propose corrective actions.
• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, HACCP and ISO 14001 standards.
• Assist in planning, coordinating and following up internal and external audits.
• Implement and enforce quality processes, procedures and best practices.
• Develop, review and improve organisational processes.
• Manage documentation of the Quality Management System.
• Prepare quality reports, performance indicators and action plans.
• Identify non‑conformities and oversee corrective and preventive actions.
• Create training materials and deliver awareness sessions on quality, environmental and food‑safety topics.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Degree in Quality Engineering, Food Engineering, Industrial Management, Environmental Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset.
• English proficiency at B2 level (mandatory).

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
• Knowledge of HACCP standards.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (and Microsoft Office).
