Quality Engineer – Product Lifecycle & Continuous Improvement

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to drive product excellence across the entire lifecycle. You will act as the bridge between factories, R&D, purchasing and marketing, ensuring that our sanitary components meet the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Apply quality tools such as FMEA to new projects and monitor their maturity.
• Conduct process audits and maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
• Identify quality risks, implement corrective actions and support safe product launches.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives for both new and existing products.
• Report and analyse quality performance metrics, including error rates and cost of quality.

Required profile

• Degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on quality management experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001; experience with IATF 16949 is a plus.
• Familiarity with APQP and Stage‑Gate processes.
• Fluent English communication skills.
