About the role

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to ensure excellence across the product lifecycle, acting as the bridge between factories, R&D, purchasing and marketing. You will help deliver world‑class sanitary products for a fast‑growing global company.

Key responsibilities

Apply quality tools such as FMEA to projects and track their maturity.
Conduct process audits and maintain top‑tier standards.
Identify quality risks, implement corrective actions and support safe product launches.
Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives for new and existing products.
Report and monitor quality performance metrics, including error rates and costs.

Required profile

Degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering.
Minimum 5 years of hands‑on quality management experience.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 (IATF 16949 a plus) and APQP/Stage‑Gate processes.
Additional training such as auditor certification or Six Sigma is desirable.
Fluent English communication skills.
