Quality Engineer

About the role
We are looking for a Quality Engineer to ensure excellence across the product lifecycle, acting as the bridge between factories, R&D, purchasing and marketing.
Key responsibilities
- Apply quality methods such as FMEA in projects.
- Track and drive project maturity levels.
- Conduct process audits to maintain top‑tier standards.
- Identify quality risks and implement corrective actions.
- Support safe product launch activities.
- Lead continuous‑improvement projects for new and existing products.
- Report and monitor quality performance, including error rates and costs.
Required profile
- Degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of practical quality‑management experience.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 (IATF 16949 a plus).
- Experience with APQP/Stage‑Gate processes.
- Additional quality‑management training (auditor, Six Sigma) desirable.
- Fluent English communication skills.
