Quality Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Quality Engineer to ensure product excellence across the full lifecycle. You will act as the bridge between factories, R&D, purchasing and marketing, driving quality standards for our innovative sanitary solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Apply quality tools such as FMEA to new and ongoing projects.
• Track and advance project maturity levels.
• Conduct process audits to uphold top‑tier standards.
• Identify quality risks and implement corrective actions.
• Support safe product launch activities within your product group.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for both new and existing products.
• Report and monitor quality performance metrics, including error rates and cost impacts.

Required profile

• Degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on quality management experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 (IATF 16949 experience a plus).
• Proficiency with APQP/Stage‑Gate processes.
• Additional quality training such as auditor certification or Six Sigma is desirable.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with MS Project and SAP is advantageous.
