Quality Assurance Rater – AI Expert (Portuguese/Brazil)

As a Senior Quality Assurance Rater you will work remotely from Brazil to evaluate, rate and improve AI‑generated responses that power the world’s most used search engines and virtual assistants.

Responsibilities

• Analyze AI responses and classify them based on relevance, accuracy and clarity.
• Write detailed feedback to help data‑science teams refine algorithms.
• Conduct quick research to verify the truthfulness of information provided by the AI.
• Collaborate with an international community of over one million contributors to share best practices.
• Use internal quality‑tracking tools and produce continuous‑improvement reports.

Qualifications

• Resident of Brazil for at least 5 years with a reliable home‑office setup (stable internet, computer).
• Bilingual Portuguese‑English with excellent writing skills in both languages.
• Analytical, curious and rigorous; able to conduct rapid research and synthesize information.
• Comfortable with digital tools (spreadsheets, crowdsourcing platforms, project‑tracking software).
• Prior experience in quality assurance, software testing, research or data analysis is a plus, but motivation and learning ability are essential.
