Quality Assurance Analyst – Spanish (12‑Month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

This position is part of the EMEA AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) team within TikTok Product. You will work on safety and non‑safety data annotation services, helping to secure the data ecosystem for TikTok’s international products while focusing on Spanish‑language content.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑performance QA standards across multiple projects, establishing best‑practice models.
• Facilitate regular calibration meetings with stakeholders to maintain knowledge and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the Policy point of contact to disseminate policy updates and ensure timely communication.
• Perform daily audits, analyse errors, and provide feedback to relevant teams.
• Compile and deliver performance data reports to SMEs and management.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis escalations and drive corrective actions.
• Identify areas for performance improvement across markets and propose proactive solutions.
• Participate in policy briefings to align changes with local cultural and political contexts.
• Balance task delivery across queues using platforms such as TCS or Rock Appeal.
• Support temporary market gaps, onboarding training SOPs, and legacy planning.
• Moderate queues and take part in knowledge quizzes to maintain policy implementation skills.
• Design and implement training plans according to defined timelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of QA or trust‑and‑safety experience in a major tech or media company.
• Strong strategic thinking and decision‑making abilities in complex situations.
• Understanding of labeling business logic and upstream/downstream workflows.
• High proficiency in Spanish.
