Quality Assurance Analyst – French Language

About the role

Tech Mahindra is seeking a French‑speaking Quality Assurance Analyst to act as a Subject Matter Expert for quality guidelines. You will evaluate a variety of content types—audio, video, text, and photos—providing ratings and written rationales that help improve overall rater quality.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as SME for quality guidelines and ensure consistent application across tasks.
• Rate and review audio, video, text, and photo content, providing clear written explanations.
• Participate in calibration sessions with team members and stakeholders.
• Conduct peer audits, support training initiatives, and share best practices.
• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Assist the Team Lead/Manager in interviewing future hires.
• Adhere to all KPI requirements to avoid business impact.

Required profile

• Native French speaker with English proficiency at C1 level.
• Basic computer handling skills.
• Detail‑oriented, rigorous, and analytical mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to present reasoning clearly.
• Strong logical reasoning and decision‑making abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with G Suite, especially Google Sheets.
