QA Engineer – Automation Tester

About the role

GRiT® is looking for a passionate QA Engineer specialized in automation testing to join its tech‑driven team. You will help ensure the quality of web and mobile applications by designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test suites.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web and mobile platforms.
• Maintain and expand test frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, and Cucumber.
• Collaborate with developers and product owners to define test plans and acceptance criteria.
• Identify, report, and track defects using industry‑standard bug‑tracking systems.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in automation testing.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and Agile practices.
• Good organizational skills, autonomy, and proactive attitude.
• Fluent or good command of English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Programming languages: Java, C#, Python, JavaScript.
• Automation tools: Selenium, Cypress, Cucumber.
• Load and API testing tools: SoapUI, TestComplete, JMeter.
• SQL for database validation.
• Experience with cloud computing, microservice architecture, container technologies, and DevOps concepts (preferred).
