About the role

Decskill is seeking a Python Developer to join its growing team of technology professionals. You will work on enterprise‑grade software projects, collaborating with architects and business stakeholders to deliver high‑performance, data‑centric solutions.

Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain Python applications following group standards and clean‑code practices.
Participate in technical design, architecture definition, and documentation.
Optimize code performance using parallelisation, GPU acceleration and appropriate libraries.
Industrialise Python projects through design patterns, TDD and CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with IT Cardif teams and internal DevOps groups on requirements and standards.

Required profile

Proven experience in enterprise software development with Git, unit testing and CI/CD.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate functional needs into technical specifications.
Excellent communication in English.

Required skills

Python (>=3.9) and ecosystem (Anaconda, Jupyter, VS Code).
Data‑manipulation libraries: NumPy, Pandas.
Parallelisation and performance tools: Dask, Spark, CUDA, CuPy.
DevOps tools: Git, GitLab, Jira, CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker, HashiCorp Vault, Artifactory, JFrog.
Testing and quality: TDD, SonarQube, Fortify, Nexus IQ.
Databases: Oracle, PostgreSQL, Netezza.
Cloud storage: S3, Boto3, IBM COS, Minio.
