Purchasing Quality Reporting Internship

About the role

Join Bosch’s Aveiro site as an extracurricular intern focused on purchasing quality reporting. You will work independently while collaborating with international, multicultural teams to improve data visibility across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update and optimise Power BI dashboards, reports and related databases.
• Create a PME dashboard to assess organisational maturity.
• Test, enhance and improve existing dashboards.
• Produce training videos using the AI‑based Synthesia tool.
• Archive legacy ISIR or PAPSO data in IT systems.
• Support the definition of processes, flowcharts and work instructions.

Required profile

• Academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Management or a related field.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical thinking and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in international, multidisciplinary teams.
