AI Implementation Internship in Corporate Quality

About the role

Join Bosch's Quality Management team to help develop AI‑driven solutions that improve corporate quality processes. You will work on chatbot training, AI agents for Quality Gates, and support the rollout of the 8D‑AI methodology across locations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in sharpening and releasing a chatbot for Quality Management training.
• Support the further development of the AI agent used in Quality Gates.
• Help GBs and sites implement the 8D‑AI problem‑solving approach.

Required profile

• MSc in machine learning engineering, data science, computer science, engineering or a comparable field with a focus on AI.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and macros.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and AI tools such as Power BI and Python.
• Comfortable handling large datasets with strong attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset, critical thinking and proactive learning attitude.
• Effective communication in English within multidisciplinary environments.
