Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – Remote Telehealth

About the role

Legion Health is seeking Board‑Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners to deliver evidence‑based psychiatric care via telehealth. The position offers full‑time or part‑time schedules, allowing clinicians to work from home while enjoying clinical autonomy and robust support from experienced psychiatrists.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications in accordance with best‑practice guidelines.
• Provide ongoing virtual follow‑up care, including medication adjustments and psychotherapy support.
• Collaborate with a network of psychiatrists for case consultations and peer reviews.
• Document all encounters in the electronic health record (EHR) and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Current, unrestricted PMHNP license in the United States (including Puerto Rico).
• Board certification or eligibility in psychiatric‑mental health nursing.
• Demonstrated experience in outpatient psychiatry or telehealth settings.
• Commitment to evidence‑based practice and patient‑centered care.
