Provider Education Coordinator

About the role

The Provider Education Coordinator will serve as the primary liaison between Triple‑S’s Provider Engagement Department and network providers. This role drives provider education, onboarding, and compliance initiatives that support government program contracts and quality improvement goals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate provider engagement initiatives aligned with corporate strategy.
• Support provider onboarding, orientation, and identify education opportunities.
• Develop, schedule, and deliver presentations, webinars, workshops, and seminars for providers and internal teams.
• Create and maintain the annual provider guidelines and education calendar.
• Produce educational materials that meet regulatory and health‑literacy standards.
• Manage inventory of training resources to ensure current, compliant content.
• Organize Provider Advisory Board meetings, physician forums, and related logistics.
• Liaise with Quality, Compliance, and Provider Engagement teams on regulatory and quality matters.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for provider education programs.

Required profile

• Experience in healthcare provider engagement or education.
• Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and other government program requirements.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with physicians, medical directors, and practice staff.
• Ability to develop clear, compliant educational content and deliver training sessions.
• Organizational skills to manage calendars, materials, and event logistics.
