Property Manager – Residential Service Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Property Manager who will act as the Residential Service Coordinator for our exclusive members‑only community in Comporta, Portugal. You will ensure a seamless, luxurious experience for residents by overseeing amenities, events, and property upkeep.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with residents to understand their needs, preferences, and concerns.
• Manage and coordinate amenities such as spa, fitness, dining, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Plan and execute resident events and activities.
• Collaborate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to keep properties pristine.
• Communicate updates, news, and upcoming events to residents.
• Resolve resident issues promptly and effectively.
• Coordinate with external vendors for catering, landscaping, security, and other services.
• Assist with budgeting, cost control, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
• Work closely with property management, marketing, and operations to deliver a cohesive resident experience.
• Maintain high standards of service quality, health, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality or high‑end residential service environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on creating welcoming, upscale experiences.
• Ability to manage multiple services and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
