Project / Program Manager

About the role

We are a global energy company focused on renewable energy and the energy transition. We are looking for a Project / Program Manager to lead large‑scale, complex initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor project scope, timelines, costs, and quality.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, and mitigation strategies.
• Align financial execution with project delivery milestones.
• Communicate clearly and assertively with all stakeholders, managing expectations and relationships.
• Prepare regular project reports and management information to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Up to 15 years of experience managing large, complex projects.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a productive environment and resolve blockers effectively.
