Draftsman – Electrical MV/HV Projects

About the role

Boslan, part of Accenture, provides engineering and consulting services for complex projects. We are looking for a Draftsman to prepare and develop drawings and technical documentation for overhead and underground medium‑ and high‑voltage power line projects, ensuring specifications and regulations are correctly interpreted.

Key responsibilities

• Design and draft drawings for MV/HV lines and transformer stations.
• Model using CAD tools and specialized software.
• Prepare drawings, diagrams, and lists required for licensing and construction.
• Collaborate with the technical team to define construction solutions.
• Review and update drawings according to project or site modifications.
• Assist with site supervision or data collection when needed.

Required profile

• Higher Vocational Training in Drafting, Civil Works, Electricity or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience drafting electrical MV/HV projects.
• Knowledge of electrical regulations and layout of overhead and underground lines; Portuguese required, English and Spanish desirable.

Required skills

• Advanced AutoCAD proficiency.
• Familiarity with electrical calculation software.
• Strong CAD and modeling tool skills.
