Project Manager – Transformation & Business Process Improvement

About the role

Join ALEBS, the operational hub of Air Liquide, as a Project Manager within the Transformation Team. You will lead initiatives that improve business processes, migrate activities to the Business Service Center, and drive automation using RPA and Generative AI.

Key responsibilities

• Lead mid‑ to large‑scale projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring scope, schedule and quality.
• Apply structured project‑management methodologies, track progress and manage risks.
• Provide accurate reporting to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, IT, vendors and business leaders to align objectives.
• Facilitate project governance meetings and ensure transparency.
• Support change adoption through communication plans and impact assessments.
• Promote continuous improvement and standardisation of processes.
