Project Manager – Telecommunications

About the role

Neotalent Conclusion is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end telecommunications projects for enterprise clients in the Greater Porto area. You will coordinate the delivery of customized communication solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor telecommunications projects from kickoff to final delivery.
• Coordinate implementation of tailored enterprise communication solutions, including data and voice networks.
• Collaborate closely with commercial teams and clients to align expectations and ensure satisfaction.
• Track project milestones, budgets, and risks, providing regular status updates.
• Support post‑implementation activities and ensure smooth handover.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or related technical background.
• Minimum 6 years of project management experience in the telecommunications sector.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise communication solutions.
• Strong client orientation and problem‑solving mindset.
• Excellent communication, organization, and autonomy.
