Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead medium‑sized and complex projects in the technology sector. The role involves overseeing scope, timelines, costs, quality and risk while ensuring seamless collaboration across multiple teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets and quality standards.
• Develop, monitor and adjust detailed project plans, including risk mitigation actions.
• Align financial execution with project objectives and budgets.
• Maintain clear, assertive communication with stakeholders and manage relationships.
• Prepare regular status reports and provide data for decision‑making.
• Identify, analyse and resolve constraints and blockers that impact delivery.
• Foster cross‑team collaboration to achieve successful project outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing medium‑sized to complex projects.
• Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proven track record in handling scope, timelines, costs, quality, risks and execution.
• Ability to work collaboratively and resolve critical project roadblocks.
