Project Manager

About the role

ARMIS is seeking a Project Manager to lead high‑impact digital projects that bridge business needs and technology solutions. You will act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and internal multidisciplinary teams, ensuring successful delivery of software products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate software development projects from planning through delivery.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, translating business requirements into actionable plans.
• Identify and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and constraints.
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA, designers, and product owners.
• Support project planning, prioritisation, and execution while maintaining clear communication and reporting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and team efficiency.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience managing software or digital projects.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships in delivery‑focused environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or similar).
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
