Project Manager

About the role

GRiT® is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead IT projects from conception to delivery. You will work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders, ensuring that solutions are designed, planned, and executed with precision.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain comprehensive project plans in collaboration with internal and client teams.
• Manage IT projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Coordinate with C‑level stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
• Systematize solutions to be implemented by clients, ensuring clear documentation and hand‑over.
• Utilize Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence and Atlas for planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Analyze requirements, prioritize tasks, and monitor progress against milestones.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Proven expertise in Waterfall and Agile project management.
• Experience managing IT projects and interacting with senior executives.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and team‑development abilities.
• High level of autonomy, proactivity, and organizational skills.
• Fluent English proficiency.
