Project Manager – Global Inventory & Stocktaking Coordinator

About the role

As a member of the Parts Excellence Team, you will own the global annual inventory and stocktaking processes, ensuring physical stock aligns with system data across all regions. You will drive standardisation, support regional teams and deliver accurate inventory reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the annual inventory processes across all international locations and warehouses.
• Develop and maintain unified process specifications, guidelines and documentation for local counting.
• Act as the primary contact for regional supply chain and service teams, providing training and troubleshooting during stocktaking.
• Analyse global stock variances, investigate discrepancies and report key performance indicators.
• Identify bottlenecks from post‑inventory audits and lead continuous‑improvement actions for storage, material tracking and reverse logistics.

Required profile

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a comparable technical‑analytical qualification.
• 2‑4+ years of experience organising or coordinating large‑scale physical inventories or cycle‑counting, preferably in an international industrial or wind‑energy environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with high affinity for numbers and detail‑oriented processing.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work with cross‑cultural teams.

• SAP ERP (MM, WM, SD modules)
• Microsoft Excel for data evaluation and variance reporting
