Project Manager – French Speaking (Hybrid, Lisbon)

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Project Manager to lead industrialisation initiatives for a hybrid‑based project in Lisbon. The role combines technical oversight of software delivery with cross‑functional coordination to drive efficiency and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the assessment and standardisation of quality gates within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Enhance Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices to optimise software delivery and deployment processes.
• Develop and implement best practices for software development industrialisation, increasing efficiency and quality.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and accessibility improvements through AI technologies.
• Collaborate with the area manager to align industrialisation projects with broader business objectives.
• Build strong cross‑functional relationships across multiple departments to drive project success and foster continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Fluent French (minimum B2) – spoken and written.
• Fluent English (minimum B2) – spoken and written.
• Proven experience in Project Management; experience in IT industrialisation is a plus.
• In‑depth understanding of software development processes, CI/CD methodologies, DevOps and quality‑assurance practices.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and technologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
