Project Manager - French Market

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead our expansion in the French market. In this role you will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our digital learning solutions while fostering long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with French‑speaking clients, understanding their evolving training needs.
• Lead seamless onboarding as a goFLUENT product expert, guaranteeing a smooth start for new customers.
• Analyze client data, conduct business reviews, and implement strategies to boost satisfaction and program success.
• Identify upsell opportunities and expand client partnerships.
• Gather feedback, optimize the learner experience, and contribute to product evolution.
• Share industry best practices and thought leadership in digital learning.

Required profile

• Fluent or bilingual in French with intermediate English proficiency.
• Passionate about customer success and relationship management.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a growth mindset.
• Team player who values collaboration and knowledge‑sharing.
• Experience in training, e‑learning, or HR SaaS solutions is a plus.
