Early Learning School Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking an inspiring Team Leader to drive pedagogical excellence and lead our dedicated educators in the Early Learning School at St. Peter's International School, a premium bilingual institution in Palmela.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, onboard and support teachers and assistants, fostering professional growth.
• Implement the educational project, child‑centred practices and documentation standards.
• Ensure high‑quality educational practices and alignment across all classrooms.
• Coordinate early learning projects, events and institutional initiatives.
• Manage daily routines, schedules and resources in partnership with School Coordination.
• Act as the main liaison between staff, coordination and families, ensuring clear communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Early Childhood Education settings with strong understanding of early years pedagogy.
• Natural ability to inspire teams, foster collaboration and guide teachers and assistants.
• Professional fluency in both Portuguese and English.
• Proactive problem‑solver with excellent organisational skills.
