Project Manager ERP – Dynamics 365 (Lisbon/Oporto)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager specialized in ERP solutions to lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects for our clients in Lisbon or Oporto. You will work in a multinational environment, delivering high‑value, customized business solutions while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor ERP implementation projects from kickoff to go‑live.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Design and configure business processes in Dynamics 365, focusing on Supply Chain and Finance modules.
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resources, ensuring delivery quality.
• Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders in English and Portuguese.
• Travel to client sites as required, both within Portugal and internationally.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in ERP implementations.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management, Economics or related field.
• Strong understanding of business processes in supply chain and finance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Portuguese.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central, AX, NAV)
• Experience with other ERP systems such as SAP, SAGE, PHC, Primavera
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
• Basic understanding of data structures
